One of South Florida’s leading Toyota dealership is looking for Full time document scanner, cashier relief and week receptionist. Must have excellent verbal, organizational skills and always be courteous.
Experience is a must.
Hours:
Tuesday – Friday 10am to 6:00pm
Saturdays 9am – 5pm
Job description:
Scan Parts Tickets and Service Repair Order.
Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
Processing service and parts invoices using Reynolds computer system.
Scan Parts Tickets and Service Repair Order
Collect payments from customers.
Responsible for balancing all monies collected against the parts and service invoices.
Complete daily cashier report at the end of shift.
Must be able to handle large volume of cash-flow throughout shift.
Wages are based on experience. Dealership experience preferred.
